In all seriousness, Empire Strikes Back.
I like the original Star Wars (later subtitled "Episode IV, A New Hope" as "Empire Strikes Back" was put into production. Had Lucas chosen to do so, the saga could have ended with the destruction of the Death Star. However, since it was a huge success, it was only logical to continue.
Empire Strikes Back was crucial, in my opinion, to develop the back story of Anakin, which of course opened the door for Episodes 1-3.
I also gave us the Imperial March, our first meeting with the Emperor, and humanity that still existed within Vader.
